[WP] When a civilization enters the Galactic Stage, they share a agreed upon music that is unique to there culture/world in a Welcoming Ceremony every Galactic Cycle. Humanity is slated for last due to being unimpressive, yet, they saved the best for last: Rock-'n'-roll.
