We often hear about how the computers running the Apollo Program were very advanced for their time. How did the Soviet space program computers, of the same era, compare to what NASA/MIT developed?

During WW2. did the Allied and Axis Powers have a mechanism, or at least an agreement, on how to return the bodies of pilots/aircrews that were found behind the lines? For instance, how would the survivors of Dresden "process" shot down allied bomber crews the next morning, if they were found?
