[WP] A world where every single person gets a tattoo based on their biggest fear. Upon conquering said fear the tattoo turns into a powerful item related to the fear you had (E.g. Spider tattoo -> Spider wand that summons hordes of spiders). Your tattoo is a small red triangle.

(WP) Every person in earth with tattoos gets a super power corresponding to their tattoo. people with animal tattos got those animals abilities. people with words got power relating to those words. matching tattoos like his and hers worked together. you have elmo tattooed on your leg.
