[WP] In a disasters prank played by hackers, various software for machines have been mismatched. Washing machines are trying to 3D print, cars are trying to fly, and construction equipment is attempting surgery.

[WP] A space pirate ship failed an assault against a military convoy. Its systems are damaged, and it tries to jump away. However, the ship computer malfunctions, discovering the most dangerous thing possible. Its FTL drive loads up in reverse.
