[WP] Galactic council is allowing a human for the first time ever. Although humans are EXTREMELY biohazards. The CO2 they breath out is toxic to most members, the sounds they emite have a range frequency that's WAY low or high and makes others puke. Also? Their gases and saliva are poisonous.
