If fevers are the immune system's response to viral/bacterial infection, why do with try to reduce them? Is there a benefit to letting a fever run its course vs medicinal treatment?

What are some of the ways you've dealt with ADHD insomnia? Looking for any advice on falling asleep, staying asleep, and most importantly (for me, at least), falling BACK to sleep after waking up at 3am for no reason.

Unable to select certain armature bones from the same rig. I can select them in edit mode, or using select box. But in pose mode, some bones are, seemingly randomly, unable to be clicked on.
