[WP] A little girl. She feeds on chaos, but she conceals it. It's not like anyone would believe her anyway. Even if they did, they'd mistake her for a vampire, which she is not. When she feeds on a situation, she drains the source of the chaos, calming down the situation.

[WP] The old rituals were replaced and are now forbidden, and all but forgotten. Still the instructions survive, and some of those who remember dare to perform the old rites, whether secretly or shamelessly, whether in defiance, in memory, for tradition, or simply so the children can see them.

[WP] A young girl, who has, in what little schooling she's had, fallen in love with a logical view of the universe, finds herself expected to learn and practice occult arts at odds with the sciences, or face the wrath of Mother. She now must find a way to make it stop without getting in trouble.
