[WP] Mars was the old Earth. Humanity damaged it so badly that we had to send two large colony vessels to continue human life - one with males, one with females, called Adam and Eve respectively. Adam is the vessel that wiped out the dinosaurs, with Eve arriving later.

[WP] The faces you see in dreams are really faces of people you’ve seen before. You see them in a crowd, or on TV, and your brain stores them away for later use- you can’t just make up a face. And the terrors you’ve seen in your nightmares? You’ve seen them before. You just don’t want to remember.
