Reposting this because I didn't ask the right question. Would it be reasonable to expect a professional do rebuild these steps, aiming for a similar aesthetic, for less than $3k? I've never hired a landscaper, so cost is a foreign language to me.

These exterior steps at my cabin are many decades old and are starting to deteriorate. Would it be worth paying a professional to rebuild them, or should I tackle it myself? I'm very handy, but busy with family life, so time is valuable.
