If a spaceship going near the speed of light will have its inhabitants aging slower, wouldn't the spaceship itself also seem to go slower for outside observers, eventually reaching an apparent 0 when (hypothetically) reaching the speed of light?

If observers seeing you approach the speed of light percieve you gradually slow down, while you'd percieve them gradually speeding up, why don't we percieve photons as stationary?
