Why can we breed endangered animals with low populations without much harm when with humans that would cause severe, possibly life threatening defects?

In movies and other media when a human is giant sized (30+ feet tall for instance) they move almost in a slow, lumbering motion. Is it true that a human body that big would be restricted to a slower speed to move?

If objects approach infinite mass when approaching light speed couldn't a space craft at or near light speed disrupt the orbit of other bodily objects by flying close to them? If not, why?
