[WP] Nobody is born with citizenship. When someone turns twenty, they are exiled from the country and must earn the right to become a citizen and return. Lately, however, fewer and fewer seem to be making it back.

[WP] The hero arrives in a kingdom of which people tell tales of extreme cruelty and horror. Confronting the evil overlord, they start to realize the overlord is quite nice and reasonable, but the citizens are just *really* whiny.
