[OT] Nine months ago, a prompt about a starship that had regressed to preindustrial technology inspired me to write a story. Today, that story became a published novel!

[WP] The ritual calls for 100 sacrifices, but reading carefully you realize it never specified they had to be human. Deciding to be a smartass, you got a petri dish full of bacteria and sacrificed that instead.

[WP] Everyone has the date that they will die writen in their forehead, and everyone but themselves can see it. One day, you notice that people around you can’t help but gawk at your forehead. One of them points and says “Wasn’t that yesterday?”

[WP] You and your crack team enter the bank. You shout, "THIS IS A BANK ROBBERY. EVERYBODY PUT YOUR HANDS WHERE WE CAN SEE THEM!" a cheer erupts from the employees. Balloons and confetti fall from the ceiling and a sign drops with the words: Congratulations! You are our 1,000,000th Bank Robbery.

[WP] Each time you kill someone, you have a vision of the best thing that person did for humanity. Usually this confirms that you are actually killing villains. But each of the last three people you killed triggered visions showing that the best thing they ever did was try to kill you.
